My partner called AAA for a jump today, 10/14/2021. The driver could not figure out the address, even when the instructions were explicitly given. Probably too much for him. He arrives late, yells at my partner, jumps the car and drives off. I realize a misogynistic tow truck driver is a tired cliche, and there are good people out there. He wasn't one of them. Chevron, do better.

Called AAA for a tow. Told 90 minutes for Airport Chevron to arrive. After 3 hours call AAA and was told Airport Chevron did not have a driver who could go ALL THE WAY to Nampa, a total of 16 miles. AAA called back stating waiting for Airport Chevron to call back with a driver who can make it all the way. Another 30 minutes goes by and nothing. If you are going to contract with AAA maybe you should actually be able to fulfill the request.

I’ve been in Boise almost 3 years now and anytime something has gone wrong with my car I call these guys. Brad and Phil are awesome, very kind and great at what they do. Without fail they are always willing to help and give it to me straight. Which as a gal who only knows how to put air in her tires and gas in the car, it’s so refreshing to know they aren’t trying to rip me off or make me feel little for not knowing what’s wrong.

My tire light came on so I used my tire gauge to check the pressure and one tire was at 26psi. I drove to Chevron to see if they had air and the attendant told me to pull up and he'd put air in. I did and he did but he put the air hose on it for literally 5 seconds, said I was good. I drove home but the light was still on. I checked the pressure again and it said 16psi. I got air somewhere else and I've had no problems. Light is off. I don't know if he did it on purpose or not but the outcome could have been fatal if I'd needed to travel farther than the 1 mile to my house.

These guys were amazing!!! Originally AAA gave me a 2 hour time estimate to get me car towed. I called the Airport Chevron and they said they were pretty booked looking at an hour to 90 minute, but, would do the best to squeeze my tow in sooner. 30 minutes later they were at the car. Brett used his mighty battery booster and got it started. He called ahead to the shop and they were waiting to install new Battery and get me back on the road.

I have only used the airport Chevron one time. Let me tell you, this place rocks! I left my car there for a week and had service done while I was gone and they did a great job at less money than they thought it would be. They cleaned the car and took great care of me. I would go back in a heartbeat and I would highly recommend this place.

I stopped to fill up my rental car on the way to the airport and couldn't figure out how to open the gas cap door. Looked over the entire dashboard and underneath for a button or a lever.
I went inside to get some snack and the man behind the counter, Larry, asked if I needed help. I DID! He finished up with me and the next person and walked outside to help me out.
Not only did he help me with that he then pumped the 4-1/2 gallons of gas while we chatted. Most times people just complain but wanted Larry to get a little shout out! Thank you Larry!

I came in for a Carwash today before I picked up a good friend from the airport. I drove up. Paid $10 for "The Works". I used the scrub brush to brush my tires and wheels. Then I pulled in. The wash did its thing for 5 minutes. I pulled out and was about to walk in and buy myself a package of Armor All wipes. But as I walked away I turned around and noticed. My car was still dirty?! It was a mess. I told the cashier and she offered another wash - I told her I didn't have time for another wash and that it makes no sense for me to use the wash again if it doesn't work. So, she

BOISE, ID: Best gas station in Idaho! I love this place. For instance:
1. On the airport grounds, so you never have to worry about getting prepaid rental car fuel
2. Plenty of gas stalls
3. Amazing selection of treats, drinks, and alcohol, including local items
4. Clean as a whistle, including super clean bathrooms!
5. McDonalds inside. I don't eat there, but it's a plus for those who might

I always park here when I leave town and have them do an oil and lube, fill up, car wash, whatever I need that I wouldn't take to my Honda mechanic. They are cheaper than the airport lot and they valet you up to the departure level. Just call them as you are getting off the plane and they are their to meet you with a freshly serviced car.
