We've been "frequent flyers" here for the almost 3 years we have lived in Rapid City, and my animals have never been so comfortable at a clinic. The entire staff have always been so kind and accommodating with getting us in a timely fashion when my kiddos aren't feeling well. Their level of compassion is unmatched, which we were especially appreciative of when they did a home visit for us when we had to put one of our babies to sleep a couple months ago. I never want to take our pets anywhere else!

Wonderful service, even though we, with our very spirited black lab, were less than ideal. When we forgot our leash, they provided one for us to temporarily use. When our dog attempted to nock them over and was pulling on her leash, they just smiled and helped us calm our dog down. And finally their service was quick and efficient with their prescriptions and shot delivery. Fantastic place for any pet owner.

Dr Brown and entire staff go above and beyond the “Call of Duty” to guarantee my 9 month old Shih Tzu puppy Journey feels safe, comfortable and gaining trust and guaranteeing every visit is a completely pleasant experience! Dr Brown and staff are up to date, well educated and providing imperative information with Journeys best interest their number one priority!
