I had seen Ruby's ads on placemats in diners and other places for years. I decided to call when I needed assistance making travel arrangements for my mom, which included wheelchair assistance and traveling with her service dog. Ruby and her team provided personable top-notch service! They also responded very quickly when one of the flights was canceled. Had an amazing stay at the Hyatt in Aruba with my boyfriend. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the adult tranquillity pool each evening and having breakfast each morning. Ruby's Travel helped my friend and I set up a dream ski vacation in Colorado at a great price. The staff was super friendly and professional. My SO and I have been using Ruby's Travel for all our vacation needs for the past years and i have to say this past trip to Aruba was amazing. Due to Covid19 we had to reschedule from April and we were finally able to go this past week. Ruby and staff made sure we knew all the rules before going and guided us along every step of the way. I felt safe with Ruby and her team behind us during these times when no one knows what to expect. The professionalism of this team is amazing! My SO was reluctant to travel but Ruby and her team assured us we would be safe and we definitely were.

Terrible. Michelle doesn't listen and drones on about her personal issues. These people cater to older folks who aren't internet savvy. All they do is place customers into packages and collect their commissions. Don't seem that knowledgeable about Europe. I have a feeling they are big on cruises.
Nothing custom about their business. You can get on kayak and a few other sites and in ten minutes do what they offer without paying the commission.

We feel so lucky to have had Ruby's Travel set up our adventure to the Dominican Republic for a Destination Wedding of a Family member. Not being world travelers you want it all to go well. It did thanks to them! The resort was beautiful, clean and the friendliest people resided there! From the payment plan set months ahead of time, to the… information on the necessary documentation, and the pre arranged transports to and from the resort it was seamless perfection. I am extremely happy with my experience working with Ruby. My wife and I hosted a destination wedding at Royalton Punta Cana and Ruby helped tremendously with the coordination between us and the hotel. The first resort we were considering was no where as beautiful as this place. Thankfully, Ruby showed us the Royalton Punta Cana Resort. She handled everything well and insured that our family and friends all had all their travel arrangements in order.

Ruby & her team co-ordinated a wonderful itinerary for my two sisters and I for our once in a lifetime trip to Italy. From the 3 different lovely hotels, train reservations and the several different mini tours that were recommended to us. It was all spelled out in our itinerary booklet, each day of our 3 city adventure. I recommend Ruby's Travel to anyone I know that's planning a special trip.

I was very happy with my experience in working with Ruby for my family vacation to Riviera Maya this year. We were 12 family members traveling together and Ruby went out of her way to help me. I also booked a vacation two years ago to Punta Cana and was very pleased with the results. Both vacations were wonderful and I would recommend Ruby's Travel to anyone.
