I serve in Armed Forces and the occasion was for my wife’s birthday. The photos of the floral arrangements on this website are mesmerizing. I spent $235.39 on flowers and balloons. The arrangement that we received was, subpar by far! I left my wife’s phone number on the contact information and she was not reached to explain any mishaps that occurred on the delivery day. I scheduled this with more than enough time where issues could have been reticfied. We could have agreed on substitutes for other items. My experience with this establishment was a disaster!!!

I found My Boutique Florist through a Google search. The flowers were a gift for my Mom who loved the arrangement. She thinks it is the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received. I had to rely on the website photos because I do not live near Philadelphia. For once, the photos and the end result were the same or better! We will definitely use My Boutique Florist again and again. The customer service is fabulous also!
