Horrible customer service called to have service on shower valve and they damaged the shower handle removing it now it's all scratched, didn't even fix the valve and won't take responsibility then wanted to get paid Ernesto is a real peach makes excuses and won't let you get a word in!!!! V-Max came out immediately when we discovered a leak in our bathroom wall. They were on time, very helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable. The V Max team was awesome. I had an impossible situation that they navigated with ease. They were able to line my drain lines rather than dig up and destroy 10s of thousands of dollars worth of tropical landscaping. And just watching the sleeving process was incredible. Water heater pilot wasn't working. VMax replaced the thermocouple assembly. Things seem to be working well. Few months later it wasn't working again. When Ernesto came out again he didn't want to remove the previous thermocouple or even look into what he had replaced. He said he didn't trust Kenmore brand. Then why did he work on it on the first visit? He said all kinds of things could go wrong and that he recommended changing the whole water heater. I ended up having Sears Service look at it and they fixed it easily without problem. The Sears service man said that whoever installed the previous

My dad has a plumber that he's always used and for some reason he couldn't get a hold of them so I came here to yelp to find someone to help him out and came across V-Max! Clearly they do not value the time of their customers. I had an appointment scheduled for a large window of time 11-1pm. The technician never showed up. I waited at work until 9:30pm (!!) and did not get regular updates until I finally had to give up and go eat.
We rescheduled another appointment for today at 2pm after wasting time waiting yesterday. He did not give a range of time, just 2pm. After 20 min past the appt, I asked when to expect him, and he said it will take another 40 minutes. After yesterday's experience, who knows if he would actually show up.

It was Wednesday night, we had our toilets, tub and shower drain clogged. I searched for an emergency plumbing services and V-Max plumbing was the first to respond and dispatched Johnny. He came to our house an hour later from another call, he seems professional and knowledgeable with his work. I called Vmax Plumbing to find and fix a leak in ceiling of my roommates room. In no time at all, the problem (a leaky sink) was found and fixed. Service was fast, efficient and FRIENDLY! My water heater conked out on Saturday afternoon. I called Ernesto, and he was at my home within hours. He gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. He also connected a portable water heater so I would have hot water until he came back on Monday to make the repairs. His technician, Jonathan Garcia, was there as scheduled first thing Monday morning and did a great job. He ran my husband through the procedure to re-light the pilot in case it ever went out. Ernesto also came by to make sure that everything was working properly and that we were happy.
