The venue features two amazing oversized decks over the water, one for your memorable ceremony and one for your cocktail reception, dinner or dancing afterward. Dinner and dancing can also take place inside the beautifully and elegantly decorated ballroom featuring Italian marble tile that is large enough to comfortably hold 15 round tables with 120 - 150 seated guests, or comfortably hold 200 guests in a non-seated indoor-outdoor event.
With the large oversized decks and ball room, The Waterfront Event Center can hold that special. Or better yet, let your special guests actually learn and try their hand at flyboarding, hoverboarding, and jetskiing! For a more relaxed experience, on-site kayaks and paddle boards are available.

We had our wedding here back in September. If you are looking to have a wedding with the water in the background then look no place further. This is such a wonderful venue. The setup is amazing, they have relationships with awesome vendors, the service they provide on day of event is exceptional, they have a ton of decorations available for use, they make the place available for rehearsals ahead of time, the photo booth is the bomb and so much more! The best part is that with Lauren and Scott you don't really feel like a customer but rather part of a family. Highly Recommended!!!

My cousin picked this event area for her 50th birthday party. The event building was nice but the treatment we received doing the event was unprofessional, it was hot like someone cut off the air condition for over a hour, the owners didn't respected the African American culture called us aggressive, they wanted the party to be as they knew a party should be. They refuse to allow us to clean up to make sure that our cousin wouldn't be charged for a clean up cost or blame for any damages. The owner refuse entrance to retrieve our liquor we forgot, then allowed some in only to locked the door and

Lauren and Scott are so wonderful. Then venue is amazing and my sunset wedding was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Lauren was always available when I had questions or a I forgot because I was overwhelmed moment. They made our special day so beautiful inspite of the last minute changes I asked of them.. There all inclusive package was so worth it .. Lauren did it all I only had to pick our food and give the DJ our songs. The bartender was so sweet and the drinks were amazing.. Everyone is still talking about our special day and now looking into having their events there. I can't wait
