Our goal is to continually learn and develop our knowledge in health and fitness, to inspire and teach individuals how to make healthy lifestyle changes, to move closer to achieving the goals they want to achieve and becoming the person they want to become. We do this through fitness and nutrition individualized to a person's specific needs and by giving a person the knowledge to choose a healthier life full of energy, joy and success!

Hello my name is Alissa and as some may already know I have decided to change career paths from public education to fitness. I taught for 13 years and have my Bachelors in Education and Masters in Reading. Over the past several years fitness has changed my life and become my passion.
After losing my grandmother to diabetes, my grandfather to complications from COPD, and my uncle to heart problems my eyes have been opened to the importance of taking care of our bodies and making health a priority!I also battle with high cholesterol and my husband battles with high cholesterol and high blood pressure so it has become even more important that we focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and exercise.
