HORRIBLE COMPANY AND OWNERS. They didn't bother to communicate with property owners and kept tenants rents and security deposits and just disappeared and closed down the office. The employees lied so many times about the status of deposits and repairs, eviction filings. I am completely horrified - these people have no business or moral senses ! They stopped answering e mails and calls from tenant and owners who are owed thousands and thousands of dollars.

The father and son that ran this company our idiots. I worked for MACK for about a year and painted several of their homes. Didn't get paid for two homes that were painted and now they're getting sued, filing bankruptcy and the assessor is after them. What goes around definitely comes around. They never took care of the clients or employees. S + MACK = SMACK Companies. Great job guys!

RentMACK provides service for the home we rent. I use the term 'provides service' more figuratively than literally.
We've lived here six months and estimate that we have lost 15 days of work waiting on scheduled service personnel to arrive. All totaled, we've had about four days of actual service. They schedule - they don't show - they don't communicate that they aren't showing - and they don't reschedule unless the tenant prompts.
After another no show on Friday, a service technician showed up unannounced on Sunday morning. Because he was unscheduled

I swear I wish I didn't have to give a star. Let me tell you about my nine month stay with MACK companies.
They are by far the worst rental company in America.
Let me tell you about the property manager Robert, he is suffering from little man syndrome and thinks he owns the building. He is nothing more than a property manager errand boy for MACK companies. He will stalk and harass you until the end. Robert waited in a vacant unit my mother came home from work I know because I watched him. He flew down the stairs like a bat out of hell to give my mother a five day notice about our dog. When

I'm getting fed up. I've only been renting for 2 months and none of the issues have been addressed. The maintainance team is a joke. I've had a leaky foundation that they refuse to fix, had a tree fall onto my house and have been without a back porch or roof for over a month. These living conditions are unacceptable. I should've never left my old house.

I've also posted pictures. I want to make sure I am clear when I say this: When you sign a lease with these people you are not a customer. You are a lease agreement and that's it. I had ugly plumbing issues in my home that started within 24hrs of moving in. I conveyed the problems to my property manager Tony who never got back to me about it. I ended up physically going into the office to get the issue taken care of. A nice man named Jason helped me and a plumber was sent out right away. I've been renting my property from Mack for two years now an I have a really great experience working hand an hand with my property manger Brett. Whenever there's a problem he has no problem fixing it day or night. There workers are very helpful an by me being a young female tenant with children it works perfect for me.
