My experience at Pinnacle PT was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. Their staff is knowledgeable and experienced, always genuine, and always show the best care for their patients. They would often answer questions I had about my condition and were intent on trying to better understand my pain and problems to better treat my ailment (unlike other PT places I’ve been who just provide exercises and feel like their job is done at that). They were always working around my schedule and even put together a take home workout plan for me when finances became an issue. We did have a miscommunication

This place has an awesome staff!! I felt at home from the first time I walked in the door(Lindsey is GREAT!!) till the last visit and walked out the front door! They were very helpful and totally honest with me about my situation! Their patience with each individual customer is impeccable! They treat everyone like family! Best Physical Therapy in Louisville!

This is a Physical Therapy clinic that cares about each patient individually. Treatment plans are not made in a "cookie cutter" fashion. They are custom-tailored to each patient's individual injuries while also considering the neurological component -- which is rare to find. As a Physical Therapist myself, there is no other place that I would go. I trust them inherently, and everyone there is unbelievably kind and caring. It is simply fantastic.

I have been to so many physical therapy places where the staff are watching the clock and you are a number to be just done. Pinnacle staff love their jobs and their clients. They talk to you and with you. They care about your family and what is going on with you. I've been going there off and on for 3 years and it keeps getting better!

My daughter tore her ACL and we were referred to Pinnacle PT.
We HIGHLY recommend these wonderful loving, caring, very knowledgeable and helpful people. The PT and assistants work with you all the time and watch you closely to make sure you are doing exercises correctly. The whole staff is awesome and they truly, truly love and care for you. My daughter was there for 4 months and improved so quickly with their expert help and her doing the exercises they told her to do at home. Words cannot express how much we love these people and how much they helped our precious daughter. It's the Best Physical
