Services
If you are going to be working with me, you may want to know a little more about me. I live and have my home studio in Columbia, Maryland, I am known for my patience, especially with children and pets, my artistry, my trustworthiness, my calmness, and my friendliness. I am an energetic lover of nature in all its forms, especially our pets.
When you contact me, we will discuss your wants and needs and my prices on the phone. If we find we are a good fit, I will schedule a meeting with you, preferably in your home, so that we can talk a bit more about what exactly you want and how and where you might like to use the art that is created.
Here are some of the heirloom quality products I offer. More are available; just ask for what you would like. All products are sourced from professional labs only available to pro photographers. Prints come in a variety of paper types, but all are of archival quality. Canvases will not only be on archival materials but also sealed to last a life time and are available framed or unframed to fit your style.
I definitely take portraits of individuals, couples and small families. I do not photograph large extended families or events. I have many photos of pets because it is a specialized area which not every photographer can or will do. Pets can be harder than toddlers to photograph and if a photographer is not a pet lover, they are often impatient or harsh with the pets.
Perhaps you find yourself in the position of recently having found out that your pet doesn't have much longer to live. You want to have images to preserve your precious memories of this beloved pet and commemorate your time together. I have been there and I know just how hard that moment is. If that is true for you, I offer you a session at no charge that will include an 8 x 10.

I had contacted Stephanie about photos of my dog and it was a wonderful experience. We had agreed on a shoot location & once we did she spent time scouting out different spots that would work well with our photos. I love Stephanie. She was so attentive with my Chesapeake bay retriever. She knew how to get his attention for certain pose. I love my pictures. Stephanie has a special gift with animals. Her pictures captures our Chesapeake bay retriever personality. I will be having her do more photography for other dogs especially my foster dogs. She truly is a wonderful person.
