The customer service was great and so was the arrangement. The lady who took my order over the phone was kind and very helpful. She helped me choose an arrangement that would be nice. She even sent me a photo of the arrangement before delivery. Will definitely use again for all of my floral arrangement needs.

I ordered a bouquet for a family's member's engagement celebration. Since I live out of town, I could only base on finding a florist thru Yelp. This florist had really good reviews and it seemed like a small local business and with personalized crafted bouquets (unlike the teleflorist generic photos). I ordered a bouquet and ended up paying $160 for everything including delivery.

I ordered the Adoration Memorial arrangement, which arrived in plenty of time for the service and was absolutely beautiful. I originally ordered the urn version and realized a photo was a better fit. I also decided a few days prior that I wanted the next size up. The florist was kind and accommodated my changes without issue. Highly recommend.

I really don't know where to begin, I wanted to pick a florist close to where my realtor lived to thank him for helping me find a home, so I chose Gallery Flowers. I picked from the "Designers Choice" bouquets and I must say it's the most beautiful arrangement of flowers I've ever seen in my life. Daisy I think prepared them and she is magic! I did a little research before calling Gallery Flowers, and exceeded my expectations. We discussed my budget and flower preference, and they enclosed a lovely card with the arrangement. I really appreciate that they contacted my friend (the recipient) to make sure she'd be available to receive her delivery. My friend sent a photo of her arrangement to say thanks... so gorgeous!

Really awesome experience with gallery flowers. I received this arrangement on my birthday and was called by Jocelin in order to make sure I was home at the time of delivery. Unfortunately I was at work all day- she offered to have them delivered to my work but since I work in a hospital in the medical center I knew it would be a big hassle to deliver there. I asked if she could leave it at the front desk of the apartment complex. She reached out to them to arrange but they would not accept the delivery because they closed earlier than I would be home. She again offered to deliver to the hospital

I called to place a next day delivery of an arrangement to mark a birthday. I was greeted by Addie who was so helpful in assisting me making an over the phone decision about what to send. She was very knowledgeable about what was available and in season. The flowers arrived as promised and the recipient was so pleased. Residing out of state, it is great to know that I now have a reliable and professional source to use.
