Rose City is a family-owned pharmacy that proudly serves Tyler and surrounding areas. Our staff is dedicated in providing our patients with the service they need to reach their wellness goals. Med Synchronization, also called med sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.

Terrible customer service. I phoned and told them my GPS said I would be there at 5:58, I was going out of town and was completely out of my meds. The lady on the phone assured me they would stay open since I was on my way. I was at the door at 5:59 the door was locked. I could see 4 employees so I knocked. At 5:03 they turned out the lights and quit answering the phones.
