I must say that I have never received in my whole lifetime the type of creative, fragranced, and beautiful flowers that I am fortunate to receive from the talented Bryan Brayton at Urban florists. My fiance will never call on anyone outside of him. The arrangements are jaw dropping! So, if you are planning to have something custumed and want to have the person receiving them know how much you care.

Absolutely five stars. I asked that my order be delivered during a certain window on a Friday afternoon, thinking the delivery location would be closed otherwise. They attempted delivery exactly as I had requested, but it turned out the delivery location wasn't open at all on Fridays. I got a call from Urban Florist letting me know and allowing me options. I chose to have the flowers delivered on Monday instead, and they were very accommodating. And by the way, the person I sent the flowers to let me know how beautiful the flowers were. Ordered birthday flowers on a Monday to be delivered Thurs morning and they never arrived. No call or alert to tell me. After several attempts to reach this business, I finally was told that they simply didn't fill the order. They offered to deliver a day late with no offer of an apology or concession!

I ordered these flowers for my mom's birthday and she absolutely loved them! I got the orange, pink, and red roses arrangement and it exceeded all my expectations. Great attention to detail and customization for anything you need. Never a slightly wilted or bad flower in the bunch, it’s solid all the way through! The last arrangement I got was a walk-in: “hey it’s my wife’s birthday what can you do for me?” We talked over basic colors and options and 10 minutes later I walked out with a package that looked like a edible dessert.

I wanted to send my grandmother flowers but I live in Northern California so I had no idea where from. I quickly googled and stumbled upon the urban florist. I am so happy that I did! I can't even begin to thank Gabriel enough. My uncle has been in the ICU and intubated (not covid) and Gabriel delivered flowers but the flowers were lost at the hospital (not his fault since the hospital was not allowing flower deliveries to the room). Out of the kindness of his heart, Gabriel remade another bouquet to send to my uncle's home. My aunt ended up freaking out on him (sorry Gabriel) and refusing delivery because she was so terrified she would get covid and bring it to my uncle. One of my best friends turned 80 today. Due to the pandemic, she is alone. I had a very hard time finding a flower shop that was open. I kept Googling and calling, and was starting to panic. Finally - a human answered! I am eternally grateful to Urban Florist and the amazing man that answered the phone. He helped me choose the perfect flowers, based on their current inventory.
