I play volleyball on the regular which leads to really tight muscles; it is almost comical how much I circled on my "body graph". Trent was very knowledgeable in the right stretches and techniques I needed to get the most out of an hour. I was absolutely amazed at the combinations he used!
I have never has a massage so tentive and coming from someone who usually tenses during a massage, I felt relaxed. Trent did wonderful giving me directions and talking me through. He is passionate about his work and made sure I left feeling relief.

Trent is amazing! He uses stop many techniques: cupping, hot stones, essential oils, acupressure, stretching, traditional massage, all the good stuff. He always listens to my concerns and customizes the season to my needs. His jams are spot on and the the conversation is as much or as little as you want. Highly highly recommend!

This was my first ever massage and it was wonderful! As soon as I walked in the office a relaxing feeling came over me. Trent and Sue are wonderful people and definitely care about the well being of their clients.

This was a wonderful experience. The massage was so nice. She included hot stones and essential oils and even treatments to loosen my muscles based on my needs, even in the basic massage. The space and ambiance was lovely. I felt comfortable wearing my mask. And the summer price and birthday deal were fantastic. I'm looking forward to going back!

This place was amazing. I went in with a bad back from tweaking it at the gym. And Trent was able to help reduce the pain. He's various massage and stretching techniques . He also used essential oils specifically for me by using a program and device which I really liked. I will definitely go back. He was knowledgeable and informative. And very helpful and Friendly

Sue and Trent are some of the nicest people you can ever meet, not only are they caring and welcoming, but always make you feel comfortable.
