This company is as shady and unethical as it comes, they damaged our vehicle while towing or releasing the tow, we have photos and now they want us to prove they did the damage and that it wasn't damaged before the tow, which it wasn't. It's a brand new $50,000 truck they had no regard for. They should not be allowed to be in business. Everything is everyone else's fault except theirs. It's unfortunate they can live with themselves by taking advantage of others and their property.

I had to rate a star but if I could it would be no stars. I woke up and my truck was towed. I got down to pick it up but first called my apartment complex and they said they had no record of it getting a notice or towed from the company. First they told me it was cause of my plates and the complex knew about it. I got them on the phone and they heard me talking, after that's they told me it was there mistake and they got the wrong truck. There is no other that looks like mine, the staff there is very rude and dont care how they treat there customer's. I made sure I wasn't going to be paying them

Towed a vehicle from chambers rd and now it’s all the way over here in Denver, Co? $500 to get it out along with shady business. We called them and they said they didn’t have our vehicle and to call the police. We did that and were told it was here. When we tried to call back they were closed. That’s another day charged. I’m so tired of unethical companies such as this place. Hopefully they’ll go out of business soon and file for bankruptcy. Also, if you’re short tempered don’t go here! The incompetent remedial uneducated things that are employed here won’t even give you their name

One of the worst services I have ever had. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 4 hours trying to get a car towed that is parked illegally and I have yet to get a call back, speak to someone, or anything if that nature. My apartment complex uses them “Windsor at Meridian” and they are the only ones able to get this car removed from my area. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Highly try to avoid at all costs….. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Seems these guys are operating on a wing, and a prayer. How are they still in business. I’m in the same boat as most. They towed my car. Claimed illegal plates because my plates didn’t have any stickers on them. They say they use some computer system to tell. Lies. If they had they would have seen that my plates were fine. If they weren’t, my home state would suspend my license for not returning them sooner rather than later.

CLEARLY STATES FOR GUEST PARKING. My friend park here for 2 hours only and was towed. When we called, we were put on hold by a very rude man for over 30 minutes. Then was charged $320 to get it out of the towing lot from GUEST PARKING. This company is false and unprofessional. Quote from tow trunk driver, “it’s just a draw, we pick and choose who we tow.” Is towing a game?? Absolutely ridiculous.

I have never had a worse experience with any place more than this place. They towed my car for not displaying a parking permit which was displayed, damaged the car in the process, and charged me close to 400 dollars to get it back merely hours later from when it was towed. They took no responsibility and were extremely unprofessional and rude throughout the whole encounter.
