Engraving on virtually anything that is engravable. We can engrave so small, you would need a magnifier to see the work. Clear and beautiful. Glass Engraving on any shape vessel or virtually any size to include Wine bottles & Perfume Bottles, Wine Glasses and more. Pens engraved as required. Reverse engraving on glass or clear plastic gift items.
When it comes to jewelry repair, all you have to do is ask as I can repair almost any piece of jewelry in most any metal. From costume to platinum. I am able to roll or mill wire and sheet for hand fabrication of jewelry. Gold, silver, platinum, copper, brass and more if you have a need. Just bring in a picture, drawing or an idea and we can accomplish the job.
We offer full service watch and clock repair to include making house calls on large clocks. We provide free estimates on all watches and clocks except that we do charge on a house call. You should call to get a quote on a house call, but what ever is charged will be applied if the movement or clock has to go to the shop to be repaired.
Custom work is one of our specialties. My shop in on the store floor and one can stand and watch me work and repair and make jewelry if they want. I started fabricating silver jewelry back in 1975 and soon after started hand making and also repairing gold and platinum jewelry too. I roll out wire and sheet from different karats of gold, silver, platinum, copper, brass and other metals as needed to make orders.
Most frames can be repaired in one hour or less and in an emergency, while you wait. You may find others waiting here for their glasses to be fixed, so the earlier you get in, the sooner you will have yours repaired. I have repaired over 40,000 pairs of eyeglasses and can fix virtually any pair of glasses.

My Glasses broke and Walmart suggested this place. They were an expensive pair and wish Walmart coulda helped me since I bought them there.
I pull up and this place reminds me of the old school shops in Boston. I was like yea this is a place I can trust.
I showed them my glasses and they knew right away what the issue was and how to fix it. Not only that, she showed me the parts that will fix it too. I felt very good leaving my $300+ glasses here for repair.
She said I could pick them up in 1 hour. I said I'm in no rush. Sure enough she called me about an hour later saying I can pick

I needed a silver bracelet that was too small made bigger. The links were wider than whats on the usual same style bracelets.So they did a custom repair. by fabricating the new links to exact same size as were on the bracelet. Turned out great. I am so pleased.I got the bracelet I wanted.Look if it takes a minute to get your jewlery repaired its becuase they are busy and the reason they are so busy is becuase they are good.simple as that.

Echoing what multiple other reviewers have said, avoid this place at all cost. I mistakenly walked in here while intending to go to King Jewelers (10/10 recommend that place by the way) but figured that the job I needed done was so simple, I could take it anywhere and it not matter.

I honestly don't know why this place has such low reviews. I've been coming here for 5 years now and never have had a bad time. The staff is friendly, funny, and helpful. I can't count how many times I broke my glasses and they saved me 100+ dollars on the repair. I have bought rings here for my fiancee and we come back ever so often to have them resized.

I gave it 3 stars because the young lady at the front counter is ALWAYS nice and I had a watch battery replaced and eye glasses repaired here before by I believe the owners son/younger gentleman in the past and both turned out fine and were completed in a timely manner. However, when I dropped off my bracelet on 10/6/20, it was a completely different experience. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HERE AS POSSIBLE The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional im not sure how he has remained in business after so many bad reviews. As I was walking out of my car he began to verbally harass me and my cousins and said he would kill us with his shotgun if we didn't move our car from the parking spot. Contacting M and M was the highlight of my day yesterday. Their kindness and concern for my welfare was overwhelming and brought tears to my eyes. A tiny screw in my glasses had fallen out and lost which made it impossible to replace the lens. This made it difficult to drive to have it replaced and my extra glasses were unavailable. They took great care in providing me with alternatives but I opted to walk to their business. My glasses were repaired expertly, timely and inexpensively. Went to get my wedding ring cleaned up, since last jeweler wasn't so great. The owner was horribly unprofessional, even refused to work on my ring. He even called me names. Was not expecting to be disrespected by the owner who was very rude.
Is no wonder this place has too many bad reviews, owner is not customer service skills educated.
I'll never return nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I had looked at reviews before going here. I went in to get a gold bracelet fixed, less than stellar experience while there but thought this shouldn't be a big issue. Got quoted a price, $30, seemed very reasonable told to come back the next day. I come back, clasp wasn't fixed AND it would be another $65 dollars on top of the $30 I had paid, "damage was more extensive" than first observed. Argued this point about that's the whole reason for a quote but was told my money was non refundable because over $30 worth of work had already gone into fixing it and items of

I've had my glasses for awhile now and I already saw that they were slowly breaking apart. The frames are made of plastic and aren't durable, I should have known this would eventually happen since the material doesn't seem it would last long. So anyways, the day finally came where my glasses broke apart. Sadly, they don't sell the eyeglasses I had on the website anymore and these are my favorite pair so I wanted to salvage them as much as possible.
