You're probably thinking that you couldn't possibly be a good candidate for orthodontics because _(blank)_. No matter what goes in that blank, it's probably not true. Most people are great candidates for a better smile through orthodontia. Phase 1 of childhood orthodontia happens between ages six and ten, and is all about preventing problems before they happen.

Both kids really enjoy their appointments. The staff is always great and I like the appointment reminders via email and text. Not sure that is new but is to me and is great. My daughter loves when Sarah is the one to do her appointment. Sarah is always very kind and very patient, she does a great job explaining things to Abby since Sarah knows she is usually on high alert and near a panic state that everything will be painful.
Let's face it, braces aren't for everyone. But everyone deserves a great smile. So for those who still want a great smile but don't want braces, we have Invisalign options here for you. Our family loves Hi5! My daughter went through phase 1 and now phase 2 all with Dr. Williams! I recommended to my sister and my nephew also gets to enjoy the Hi5 experience.
When my daughter first started she was so nervous and scared and the staff were so patient with her and now she's a pro. Thank you all at Hi5!

Hi 5 Orthodontics is so so so SO amazing!!! During my consultation with them they were explain what my treatment would look like and were able to answer ALL my questions that I had about invisalign/braces (and trust me I had a lot). Their staff cares so much, not only about your treatment but yourself as well!

We primarily use this location though both are phenomenal!!! We love coming in and being greeted so eagerly to see how things are going. I love the incentives to interact with the employees to earn points for rewards. And the staff t-shirts are AWESOME!!! BEST ORTHODONTICS I HAVE EVER SEEN AND EXPERIENCED!!

One of the office people does not wear a mask and kept clearing her throat like she was congested while I was there. I am NOT saying she had Covid, but the fact that she was congested and also not wearing a mask while working in an office filled with children getting their teeth worked on was unsettling. I believe her name was Terry and she was wearing a tag saying she didn't wear a mask due to medical conditions. Why not require Terry to wear a face shield instead? I don't know of any medical conditions that prevent you from wearing a face mask, but there are definitely no conditions

I am just so thankful for Hi 5 Orthodontic. They really have made a difference in my kids life. My daughter never smiled before, and she has had quite a journey with her teeth. Now she has so much more confidence to smile. It has been a bit of a long process but the people have always been so kind and encouraging. The end result has defiantly been worth the wait. It is so nice to see my daughter smile with such confedence. We really appreciate Hi 5. Thanks for helping my family out.

Honestly the best place to go for Orthodontics!!
Every single person is kind and caring. I’ve been so embarrassed about my teeth for a very long time. I finally got up the courage to go in for a complimentary evaluation. I was so impressed with how kind everyone was and how fast the process was!!! They didn’t make me feel bad about my teeth.
They are so amazing!!! If things are a little tight financially they will work out a payment plan for you, and they even extend the payments a little to make it more affordable.
I am so happy I decided to give them a try.

We just moved to Spokane and had to quickly find an orthodontist for my daughter. One of her bottom brackets came off and we needed to get it fixed.
First off, they're website is easy to go through... And they have a page dedicated to children and preventive care. The office is nice and spacious and the staff go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable. Everyone I came into contact there was so helpful and patient. Customer service was amazing. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
