I am happily married and we are blessed with three wonderful boys. We are proud to call Knoxville our home. In continuing with my craft, I had the honor of being asked to work with two of the industry's best craftsmen this year on a hardwood floor that has received national recognition in the prestigious National Wood Flooring Association's Floor of the Year contest. Valera and Svetlana are the kind of people you want to invite into your home. We had our hardwood floors refinished and in adjacent rooms tile and carpet removed with new hardwood installed to match. The craftsmanship and care with which this was done is unparalleled. Our floors old and new match perfectly. I was unsure of the color I wanted to go with and they were instrumental in helping me achieve the exact look I wanted, by interpreting my vision and providing me with the actual choices put down on my own floors. I couldn't be more pleased with my hardwood floors! Water damage necessitated an extensive drying and repair process that was thoroughly evaluated and carried out with attention to every detail. Val was amazing! He refinished our entire first floor and did a fantastic job. He takes so much pride in his work and it will be done to perfection. Val is also one of the hardest workers we’ve ever used. You are making a huge mistake if you don’t use European Hardwood Floors.

Wow! What a fantastic experience it was to work with European Fine Hardwood Floors. I purchased a home while living out of state. My parents were present to receive quotes for having our floors refinished. We chose EFH due to the timeliness of quote, the professionalism displayed at the time of providing the quote and the information provided during estimation re: the system used to refinish the floors. Val and his crew did a beautiful job on our living room, dining room and 2 staircases. He is a super hard worker and so is his crew. We love our floors and would highly recommend him for any hardwood floor project. Val took extra time and attention to try to match our existing hardwood floor and grain that was almost 40 years old in our entryway and den.
We asked for a high gloss finish, which was unusual, and Val did that for us and it looks absolutely gorgeous! We've had lots of compliments on our floors.

Valera and his wife are amazing and kind professionals. They refinished original hardwood floors throughout a house I’m flipping and installed new hardwood floors in the kitchen for a seamless transition. The entire house looks perfect! They are a reliable and hardworking family who have extremely high standards of their work. There is no mess when they work. They won’t rest until the job is perfect and complete! I highly recommend them and will continue to call them if I have any future floors to be done! They’re the best!!
