Tyler McGowan - Tyler grew up a military brat bouncing from state to state before settling down in Georgia, where he met his wife Casey. Tyler and Casey have a beautiful daughter named Mylan. Wow….Where to start…. The total experience was amazing with the Roof Mentors. To start off… a free estimate you can’t beat that with a stick.
Second. The Sales Rep. Austin. Amazing guy and a very knowledgeable guy, especially when it came to our roof. He answered all our questions and helped guide us in the right direction on choosing the color and type of roof we had wanted, which was what set the whole experience off. Within two weeks of me meeting him, I had a new roof something that I didn’t think I would be able to get for a while and he made it happen very very quick.

Excellent experience with The Roof Mentors in Hope Mills. The roofers were fast, courteous, and clean. They were polite and conversational with my kids as well, as we were constantly out watching them. Have not seen it with other roofing companies but they tarped all around our home before starting to keep landscaping clean and materials away from home, greatly appreciated. Would definitely hire again. Thanks The Roof Mentors. Good job!!!

My old roof was damaged by the recent storms here in Raeford, NC and I was fortunate to be referred to The Roof Mentors. Mr. Kenny Mason came out the very next day to inspect my roof and then came out a second time to meet the insurance adjuster and used his expert knowledge to make recommendations that our roof needed a full replacement. Mr. Kenny personally kept me updated throughout the entire process so I was never sitting there wondering what the next step was. When the day came for them to finally do the roof replacement, The Roof Mentors team completed the full replacement in about 9 hours

Our roof was in critical condition. After all of the rain we got this last winter we had multiple leaks in different areas of the house. We called for an inspection and Kenny came out and helped us with great information for us to move forward. He also helped us with our insurance claim, this was our first time filing so we needed the help. Kenny sat down and explained all of the options and what would be best for us. My husband and I felt very confident in hiring The Roof Mentors. The crew came here at 7 a.m. prompt and were done and all cleaned up around 2:30p.m. Christian was here throughout

Kenny/Hector were both super professional. They kept an open line of communication day/night. They answered all my questions and addressed every concern I have had. I could not be happier with the service I received from the Roof Mentors. I don’t usually entertain people who come to my house offering to provide estimates but speaking with Taylor was one of the best decisions I’ve made. One of the best experiences I've had doing business with a company. so professional, courteous,and respectful. From estimate to build, you are kept updated and informed. Christian and his crew did amazing work. The personal touch is what sold me. Out of 5 companies, The Roof Mentors was the only one that came to my home, sat down with me, and… explained everything when everybody else looked at a satellite picture and gave a cold phone call. These guys are just amazing, so professional, and extremely nice! They were able to come check out my roof very quickly to check out the leaky areas and was even able to temporarily fix it until they are able to come back out to completely fix it! Very honest with what they discovered and didn't try to sell you anything you didn't need! Hands down best roofing company in town and I highly recommend them not only for my personal home but for my real estate clients!!!!
