Our family had purchased a home that we knew had some mold damage. What I've learned about mold is you don't really know what you are getting yourself into until you start peeling things back. This project turned from one room into every perimeter wall of the entire house. From a budget standpoint, you go in thinking one number and then it could just explode exponentially then it's too late you are married to your vendor. "In for a penny in for a pound right?"
