We began in 2001 as a full services MEP Engineering company under the name Kenyon & Partners, Inc. KPI Engineering, Inc. was formed in 2007 to expand capabilities and enhance design services delivery. The ownership team created KPI Services in 2017 to address specific client needs as they were unable to find effective ongoing maintenance and service companies in the area.
