This was my first time having flooring replaced and this service couldn’t have gone this well or smoothly without the help from Skip and Cindy at River City Flooring. These two walked me through the whole process and answered any and all questions for me throughout, it really shows how great these people and business are. I have used River City Flooring on three separate occasions from refinishing to new hardwood install / stain. Their install and sanding / staining teams were wonderful to work with and took care of everything. They were polite, finished and started on time and most importantly cleaned up at the end of each day. If you are looking for new flooring or refinishing an existing floor I would highly recommend them.

The flooring turned out beautifully. They did a great job working with the brick facade we put in. I really appreciate the guys who did the work. They held furniture up so that I could put felt pads on the bottoms of everything and helped me lift everything and put the room back together.
My only issues:
They were a bit off on the estimate for putting it in because they didn't consider the trim would take longer to get than the flooring. (small thing)
They left a threshold off because they had measured incorrectly.
