I have used HHS Plumbing multiple times ever since finding them on Yelp. Faucet replacements and each year he cleans out my dual tankless water heaters.
Giovanni is fantastic! On time, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly his prices are very reasonable.

In a few words.....don't hesitate calling them. Spectacular quick, friendly, honest and so freely willing to answer questions. It is rare in our world today that someone is so willing to help sight unseen.
I texted them about a leak and received a response within just a few minutes. After a brief exchange I made an appointment for their next availability.

Really wonderful family owned plumbing company! I messaged HHS plumbing to ask for a quote and received a very quick response with a fair and reasonable bid. We made an appointment and on the day of Giovanni showed up during that window and ready to work. He was very easy to communicate with. He also wore a mask the whole time and took off his shoes before coming inside. We discussed all of the options and costs upfront so there were no surprises at all. I was so impressed and satisfied with the work.

My husband, Norman, and I have had HHS plumbing come to our home for different projects over the past few years. We've always felt that the pricing has been fair and the work has been top notch! Giovanni, the owner, is very respectful of our home. He wears booties over his shoes and cleans up after the work is done. Most recently he wore a mask due to the Covid-19 situation, and practiced social distancing. He provides recommendations and answers all of our questions thoroughly. Then, when Giovanni came to do the job (pressure regulator replacement), he told me that it was simpler than anticipated and charged less than quoted.
I ended up getting a job very well done, for a really good price and I saved hundreds of dollars compared to other quotes I received.
Giovanni has my business from now on.
And it goes without to say that he wore a mask the whole time and followed the safety guidelines (covid-19).
And did I mention that he and his wife were very friendly?

HHS has been the best experience we have ever had with a plumbing company! We decided to be proactive since our water heater was getting up there in years and have a new one installed. HHS was recommended by someone on our neighborhood Facebook page so I reached out via email. Excellent service, entirely consistent with the other Yelper reviews on here. Giovanni (the owner/plumber) was always quick to respond, available anytime, and went above and beyond to ensure perfect work. He clearly has a great knowledge of all things plumbing as well - he helped me troubleshoot a few issues along the way and assisted in researching some products I was looking for (again - going above and beyond!). He installed a new faucet setup in my kitchen and did some additional work around the house. Price was completely reasonable. Highly recommended.

Giovanni arrived promptly and performed the needed repairs quickly and professionally, at a price that was exceptional.
Giovanni is everything one could want in a plumber: he's knowledgeable and polite as well as seeming to be a great guy.
He answered all of my questions, regardless of whether those questions were related to the task at hand.
When we woke up today, we had a leaky bathtub, a water heater thermal expansion leak, and the water main turned off. It seemed like it was going to be an awful day, and awfully expensive. Thanks to Giovanni and HHS, everything turned around quickly and

We got a leaking faucet this past weekend so we called several local plumbers for repair. All told us to wait another week or two weeks after the Thanksgiving! We called HHS and Giovanni showed up at 8am the NEXT DAY!!! He gave us all the options to fix it and suggested the best possible solution. We bought the new faucet and Giovanni replaced it in less than half an hour the next day. He even gave us the discount as first time customer on top of his reasonable service charge! We'll certainly be using HHS Plumbing for all of our service in the future.
