The staff and service at Riverview Pharmacy is nothing short of absolutely great! I made an appointment THIS MORNING for the Moderna booster for TODAY at 2:45pm. I got there a few mins early but there were a couple people already waiting. The phone is ringing off the hook asking about testing and the vaccine shots. Every staff member was patient and courteous with every interaction they had in person or on the phone. I can't say enough good things about this place! The community is so thankful for their wonderful service in every aspect of the business. I was back in my car driving home by 3:10pm

Harsh and his staff are so kind hearted, understanding, and very helpful. They really care about you and your well being. Every time I go there I'm greeted with respect and a smile. Have waited at front door SO MANY times for them to open on time. They are so late… Many times a half hour!!! The owner is never apologetic. He just goes inside and NEVER says “good morning!” In this day and age good customer service means something. The last time that I actually waited for some thing he was arguing with another customer on the telephone because he was having trouble reading some thing and he kept repeating himself over and over that he kept getting the same thing from an email while we were standing on a line.They need better customer service and they need to open on time

Great place I always went to a non chain pharmacy for the personal service, this place does not disappoint. They know you by face and name. They even stayed open late one time so that I could pickup an emergency prescription that was called in late by my doctor ! If you want good overall service this is the place to go !!!

My husband just transferred to Riverview pharmacy and the process couldn’t have been any easier. They are nice caring compassionate people that know you by name your very first time in there! And give you a cute little welcome bag of goodies and stationary products how nice is that! We appreciate having these kinds of places in our community I will make sure I recommend people here so as a small business they always stay a head of the big retailers that over charge you and treat you horrible!
