Mrs. Richmond made this refi about as hassel free as it could possible get. From the inception, EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING was clear, concise with no hidden agenda. Easy Peasy. Why can't there be more individuals/companies out there, like RMS and Kristin Richmond, that walk you thru all the nooks and crannies, explaining everything with such ease that you understand what is and what will be transpiring throughout the process.

The service was excellent, exceptional, and professional from beginning to end! Donna dealt with me with great patience, especially when I was not providing necessary documents promptly! Elizabeth is very sweet, and personable! Overall, I am very pleased to be in my condo so quickly! The staff members at RMS that I met, were great, including the receptionist, clearly they are an example of the behavior of those in top positions with RMS! .

Kristin works really hard and made sure the loan process is smooth and no surprises. Kristin offer the conditional underwriting approval at the beginning of the loan process so there are no hold up. I appreciate that as a new mom she answers her phone in the evenings and even on weekends ! Constantly keep us in the loop.

Kristin is the best! We wanted to make an offer on a home that we knew would go quick. She helped us out on a Sunday (afterhours) and we were able to make an offer and eventually purchase our home. Since this is our first home, she explained everything in "English" terms so I would understand it. I Highly recommend her for your lending needs. Thanks again Kristin for all your help.
