Shrewsbury Children's Center

We’d been on the waiting list since my son was 1, and finally got admitted into the school when he’s 3. Why this daycare has such a long waiting list and why they got so many good reviews? Because they are FANTASTIC! The staff and teachers are very friendly and professional. Worth waiting!

My son has been at Shrewsbury Children's Center since for about a year and a half now (since he was 16 months), and overall the experience has been fantastic. Both sets of teachers he's had have been friendly, enthusiastic, and nurturing. Always willing to chat at the end of the day about the silly things he did, or discuss any challenges he was facing. They were extremely accommodating and helpful with his milk allergy, which he has fortunately since outgrown.

Our son went to Shrewsbury Children's Center from Infant1 through Kindergarten. My husband and I have always been happy with the love and caring these ladies do for the children. And i do need to say when my son started First grade his teacher were very impressed with his reading skills (he was above reading level). I was always impressed with the curriculum also, each class had their own way of learning through play as well as planned activities.

Overall, Shrewsbury Children's Center is an excellent facility for children and families alike. The have a great curriculum and the hot lunches are a huge bonus. The rooms are always neat and organized and the toys always picked up.

When we first moved to Worcester we toured about 8 different centers and selected Shrewsbury Children's Center (SCC). So glad that we did! We have a 3.5 year old and 6 month old and are thrilled with the quality of care that our children have received at SCC and with the way that the teachers and management partner with parents.
