We obtained several estimates for painting our 2 story home prior to selecting Runland Painting. We hired Runland Painting to remove our popcorn ceiling and paint our interior walls. They ever patched a bit of drywall. All the work was very high quality and any blemishes that we pointed out in the final walk through were readily fixed. They let our neighbors come and check in on the project while we were out of town and they had nothing but nice things to say about the crew. Definitely recommending to our neighborhood.

We used John Runland Painting to complete our kitchen and guest bathroom renovation. We had replaced the flooring last spring. The cabinets were the original maple finish from 20 years ago and as time passed they yellowed with age. We refinished/painted them white with a dark espresso accent color for the cook top island, which with the dark brown granite top just made the kitchen "pop." Is is completely contemporary now in appearance and we could not be more pleased.

Runland Painting did a beautiful on painting our living/dining room and adjoining hall. They painted white and black which can be difficult as one color can spot on the other. They freehanded a black beam and it is perfect. They were sensitive to Covid restrictions and very punctual. We would use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks David and your coworker.

From start to finish, Runland Painting does its business the way you wish all contractors did. Mason did a thorough walk around for the estimate, pointing out the prep and caulking work that would be included. The printed estimate was itemized and complete, with clearly identified options for upgraded paint and doing a storage shed and exterior doors. They were able to get our job done during a break in the September rain, with a three-person crew on the house for most of 3 days. Antoinette and I are very pleased with the work you and your crew recently completed regarding the painting and repair of our home. You and the guys did a thorough and excellent job not only with the exterior paint job, but the additional siding repairs. Your crew was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. After a terrible experience with another painter, we hired Runland based on a few recommendations. They’ve all been very professional and they were able to get us scheduled earlier than expected. Working with John and his team was a breeze. We spoke with 4 or 5 companies last spring before making the decision to go with Runland and his crew.
I will say that the pressure washer come out a full two weeks before they painted the house. Since we had removed the downspouts and there was a wait on them to start painting we did have to go back over a few spaces that got splashed with dirt after a rough rain. Truly a minor detail but it was a pain.
Once they got started they worked quickly, got here early and worked full days. The core team always wore their masks though I will say that the younger

Our neighbor hired Runland and we were impressed by their work. We were just as happy with the job Runland completed on our house. John was incredibly patient as we decided which color and type of paint to use: he provided expert advice and let us make the decision. The crew was terrific, too. Unfortunately previously we left a premature review on Google before Runlands courtesy crew came to touch up home after the home builders were done. Upon leaving in work van they decided to go around our side yard and got stuck for 3 hours in freshly layed topsoil by excavator. When asked, why they thought they could drive around our whole house in fresh topsil? They could not answer. Good thing they got stuck or they could of possibly ran over our septic and electric lines. We emailed John on Jan 9, 2019 that the crew got stuck and left damages and excavator may need to bring out more topsoil

I contacted Runland Painting in order to get some exterior painting done in a timely manner. The communication was seamless and Mason gave me an estimate the day after I requested it. The siding and trim painting took Javiar less than two days and the result was excellent. The total cost came into below budget and was done in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased and would recommend these guys to anyone needing exterior or interior paint work.

I don't write many reviews but I feel it important that for those in need of a local painting company they should know about Runland Painting. The property we asked them to paint was somewhat typical of most 25 year old spec houses in the area, but it did have a few nuances which would test the skills of the Runland Team.
We asked John to choose a color matching our brown motif which was also close to the original interior paint. His color choice was ideal. The house was empty of furniture, the carpet was being replaced, the laminate was also being replaced but with red oak hardwood

I recently purchased my house and knew that I wanted the exterior painted. I had 3 different companies come out and bid. After each bid I decided to go with Runland Painting. The gentleman that came out to do the bid was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything in detail with me which no one else took the time to do. Everyone I came in contact with during the painting process were nice and friendly. John came out a few times as well and pointed out some wood rot. I'm super happy with the finished work and will definitely use them in the future for any paint jobs!
