I had my new to me Genesis G80 go in for some alignment work. The guys were knowledgeable and advised me that some suspension work had to be done before. alignment. They gave me a written estimate with what needed to be done and took a small deposit for the parts. Happy to say a week later parts were in and I brought the car in was done quick and efficient within a day. I have to say very few shops were as honest and efficient as Miami Chassis especially in Miami were most of the shops are parts changers.

This place is a nightmare. I am surprised how the owner has survived with out violence. I got taken for 754.00 bucks and several weeks of my time. Watch out is all I am telling you.

I’ve taken my car to this shop twice. The craftsmanship is impecable. Car looks brand new as if nothing happened, after being rear ended and having damage to the back and the back driver side door. Greatly recommended!!

Great service. Took my ram truck for alignment and my truck was good, it didn't need any alignment and they didn't charge me any money, service super good

My front end and had a terrible rattling sound I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. It was the front shocks. So I had shocks, inner front tie rod ends boots replaced and alignment. The car was promised in two days but it was actually finished and a half a day. Storefront is a little hard to find but that was my only complaint. I highly recommend and I will be going back there for any front end work.

I have unfortunately have to come here more than once. The first time was for my Corolla that was assaulted by a rouge trashcan in the roads. The entire right, rear view mirror just dangled off. This was a way easier fix than my next one but regardless I took it to Miami Chassis. I didnt want to go through insurance so paid out of pocket and they hooked me up with a cheap rental to get me through the repair. The car was fixed pretty fast and I was on my way.

Best Collision repair facility in Miami, Florida. They went above and beyond. These guys are very knowledgeable and sincere about your needs. The next time I have a choice, I will make sure I never get any car worked on here. I trusted this repair shop fix my 2016 Mazda3 after an accident, and they completely disappointed me. I don't understand why Ocean Mazda would send their collision vehicles here, so let me explain why I feel this way.

My car was crashed in November. The damage was valued at around $13,000. Obviously, it was a lot of work. The insurance company deemed it was repairable because, obviously, they will give you a rebuilt car if it means they'll save a few cents. But that's another story for another time

This place is waste of money.Went there for camber alignment on my Mercedes E 63 AMG.I was charged 340 $ for it.After picked up my car I noticed that the right side of the car was staying almost an inch higher than the other which was so obvious.when I came back they said that this is something wrong with my airmatic and has nothing to do with the alignment and the job they are done , they refused to fix it....They messed up my car..... ,what an unprofessional staff ,and on the top of that their customer service its so rude the lady that is in the office don't even pay attention if you

This is a totally class operation. I took my car there to fix an issue after another shop and they were extremely helpful and professional. Shop is also clean and well-run. Ladies running customer service also really responsive and helpful.

Older mechanic gentleman I dealt with seem very knowledgeable, so are the other staff members, but customer service is among the worst I had seen, it was easy to see that they treat people base on how much money they are going spend.
