The cheapo hilton. Totally over the top on the COVID excuse. The room had no coffee, and not even any cups or glasses. No ice bucket. No pen or note pad. No maid service for a three night stay - one small bar of soap for two people. Somehow they decided that a Bible was ok, in spite of all these other precautions. Oh yeah.....even with all of these precautionary service reductions, I still received the full price bill. Almost forgot - NO WIFI. I called to ask if there was a password. They said it was not working. I asked when it would be back, and they said they had no idea since it

They have to compensate for their lack of business in the casino. If you ask me, poor management is to blame. You may take advantage of the public once, but they learn quickly, and word of mouth will quickly spread. I don't expect a bargain, but they are not even fair.

Trash. An absolutely trashy casino. It might be sanitized but it is sure unclean. Dirty restrooms dirty tables.
Food taste like it came from a hospital cafeteria. (No offense hospitals)
Service is slow. Seems like they put out an add asking for people to apply that have no motivation, personality or desire to move faster than a sloth.
Only guy that moved fast was the guy that came to unload the car when I pulled into the unloading/loading zone in front. When I told him we were just waiting for someone to walk out(was using the restroom on the way out.). He tried to get me to move the care

Been going to this casino for ten year now. Earned my way to platinum member. Been going to the VIP Lounge for the last four years. I frequently take another couple with us. Was there this weekend with our friends. Wanted to go into VIP lounge for dinner with another couple. I was ran out of the lounge and humiliated in front of my friends. After ten years I won't be back. All the floor hostess had to do was pull me aside and inform me of the rules. Not humiliate me!!

Place was horrible TRACEY was the worst waitress I am 31 and one drink and would not serve me and told everyone to cut me off even the casino. I have worked many years in the service industry and this is by far the WORST service do not waste your time or money! They said I was slurring but I have a speech impediment and felt incredibly embarrassed when all my friends got to have a great time.

It's Indian ran. Those complaining about masks. I agree. But Indians all over the country are scared to death of the virus. Also being Indian ran don't expect good service. It's the same at most Indian casinos. Either poor service or strange rules. Gotta go to Vegas if you are looking for better ran casinos. Before some woke snowflake says it, no facts can't be racist. A major casino management company was suppose to come in and manage the casino, they refused when they were told they had to keep Indians working there and not their own hires.

Just stayed here for Father's Day weekend it was horrible everything is shut down no the beach access all the pools are closed all the food in this place is bad we were constantly hounded for out wearing our masks while we were eating and drinking I live in California and all the masks are dropped here and we are way more strict so staying at this hotel I felt like the start of Covid again even when everything lives at this hotel if it does I'll never stay here again the service all the way around was horrible the restaurants all the staff was really unhelpful and rude I know this hotel

Worst experience ever...please read all the other 1 star reviews and you will see a pattern...I WOULD NOT NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE 5 star REVIEWS I think they are either friends or employees of this DUMP! 10 of us went up for the Parker Annual River Tube Float and we paid for 4 rooms. On the night before we were drive up from San Diego we received a call from the resort that ALL amenities WOULD be closed due to shortage of staff.(this is mentioned in other 1star reviews ... its a pattern) We later found out from a Casino security guard that the Indians do not like the event so they purposely shut

Hadn't been here before and glad we visited. Covid restrictions still apply here. They take your temperature at the door and masks are required. The casino is large and clean. Most of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the steakhouse but I chatted with the hostess who was friendly and helpful. One bar open (no wait) in the middle of the day and cocktail waitresses on the floor. Hit on the slots but lost at the table (didn't play very long though) which was open for blackjack. No poker room. Marina was empty which seemed a shame. Not sure

Stayed one weeknight in late Feb. Arrived at 10pm and all food options were closed except for a very limited handful of premade sandwiches and salads. Pool was also closed, although the setup looked pretty neat.
Stayed on 2nd floor and the room.size was nice, but there were some issues.
1. We noticed someone had put plastic wrap around the smoke detector and secured it with a rubberband. This was a non smoking room, but the bedding had a cigarette burn on it. Called the desk to let them know, but they didn't seem concerned. Glad there wasn't a fire! Detector was too high up to reach

It's a great place to come spend a day at the casino. We watched the time trials from the dock a couple of months ago. And cause we game their so much we got free rooms. Love the water slide indoor pool and jacuzzi. They have a really nice breakfast buffet. And it has bottomless mimosas on Sunday.
They have an outside cantina that sit next to the river. Their is a movie-theater. And an arcade. the only thing it is missing is a spa. For a day of pampering

A nice looking resort but very busy. Great entrance with a beautiful casino. Lots of new slots to play and even a few that pay off now and then. Very good attentive valet parking.
Unfortunately there is only one restaurant nearby and not large enough to handle the mass amount of motorhomes parked in their camping out front. The buffet lines are extensive with very long waits even though A lot of tables are empty. Perhaps could use a little better management.
I've been to many Indian casinos and this one is nice with appearance but not quite as attentive to visitors. The

I came in on a hot day for a cool bloody Mary. It was a Saturday afternoon through wasn't even the people at the bar but the ones who were were very friendly. The bartender was very friendly as well. He was a nice guy.
I came back later that evening and had dinner at the buffet. It was a prime rib dinner buffet for only 13.99 if you sign up for a club card. The food was delicious and so was the salad buffet. The gambling is fun. Plenty of machines to play. Some were paying out pretty good. Overall glad i and there. I will come back.
