Very Professional. They did a great job. Due to shipping and manufacturing issues because of Covid, it was hard to locate the garage door I needed. EZ Lift was upfront with me about the problems and communicated with me regularly to keep me informed of the status. When they received the door and made arrangements to install it, they did an excellent job. When they left, everything was clean and, other than a great working garage door, you could tell anyone had been there teariing out an old door and installing a new one. I would definitely recommend EZ Lift Garage Doors to anyone needing garage

Very disappointing. I was referred to this company by a neighbor who had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I emailed my initial request and received one email back from Mr. Greer, the owner, saying he needed more information and to call the following morning. I am unable to speak due to a laryngectomy I had 3 years ago due to cancer. I explained this to him and asked what information he needed, unfortunately I have yet to receive a response. It’s been a long time since I felt that my disability was not acknowledged as most people are accommodating to my need. It’s a shame but

Impeccable Service and quality. Technicians were on time and performed repairs quickly and very knowledgeable.
My garage door spring broke over a weekend EZ Lift was able to diagnose and get me on their schedule quickly. Overall repair was completed in ~45 minutes. I will definitely use them for any of my future service and repairs.

Outstanding Service! I spoke with Adam this morning and he said 4pm today should work for his schedule, which was great for my schedule as well. Adam and his team member showed up 40 minutes early and were done 15 minutes prior to the originally scheduled time. They repaired our issue and explained the life expectancy of our wooden garage door, which is extremely helpful so that we aren't surprised down the road when it's time for a replacement. We would definitely recommend EZ Lift for garage door servicing.

Wow what a great experience. They came out, were very honest and did a great job. They gave us a discount because we flooded which I didn't even ask for. Adam and his son in law came to our house over the weekend to give us an assessment and quote for replacement. They were prompt and professional and gave us a very fair and honest overview. We have had trouble with our garage door since we moved in early last year and by trouble I mean it has come off the tracks multiple times, become stuck with a tangled cable on both sides and then halfway collapsed into the garage. After meeting with three "garage door repair experts" last year when this all started I felt very confused. They each had different explanations that ranged from foundation

A neighbor recommended that I call EZ Lift when he drove by and saw my garage door all mangled up. At that point I had already called another company to come out the next morning but went ahead and called at EZ Lift anyways at 5:30pm. Adam, the owner came out to the House by 7pm to assess the damage. I took the bid based on Adam's responsiveness, and willingness to help. The father and son team came out the next morning and easily took care of my garage door and installed an opener for a discounted cost. Extremely happy with the work done by EZ Lift.

EZ lift garage doors came to my place today within minutes of my calling !! And did a spectacular job!! I had actually figured out a way to drive into my closed garage door from the outside ... ( soo embarrassing after being behind the wheel for 25 plus years )

The door had came off its hinges.. Hinges had been pulled off and damaged .. The track assembly was bent up
It was a Wayne dalton door with hinges not simply available Home Depot.. Ordering from Wayne dalton would've pushed this repair into next

EZ Lift Garage Doors is awesome!! I had a problem with my garage door with it bowing as the door would go up. I was explained all my options and how much it would cost either way. Adam gave his honest opinion on my current situation and we went from there. Gave me a window of when he'd be there and it was done in no time! I had another problem a couple of days later and called Adam right away and he was there in 15 minutes and took care of it!!! This is what i call customer service at it's finest. Well, we(Wife) ran into the garage door, and it bent it bad enough to stop it from closing. Googled Garage Repair and EZ Lift showed up. Contacted them via their website, and I received a call same day from Adam. He showed up to the appointment slightly early which was Awesome!!
He not only repaired the door, he also educated me on how the garage functions and why he chose the method to repair the garage door(My door is really OLD!). The pricing was absolutely fair, and even though I could probably continue to use this door for a tad bit longer,
