Elliott Yancey is the pastor of First Baptist Forest Park and a Think LifeChange Certified Biblical Counselor. He has been serving in full-time Christian ministry for many years. As a chaplain in NASCAR with Motor Racing Outreach from 2011 to 2017, and a chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America until 2020, he has counseled people from all walks of life and helped them navigate life's challenges.

Appointment space is limited but usually available. Elliott offers a late night service called SatisWise After Hours on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

The Laity Care Center is a ministry of Hampton First Baptist Church seeking to serve our community by providing counseling to those in need at minimal cost. Clients are asked to purchase The Heart Of The Problem Workbook through the LCC for $15. After the purchase of the workbook all counseling sessions are provided free of charge.
