The bouquet from this spot was lovely when it came home. It arrived on time and in a heavy, clear glass vase that was securely packed in a sturdy box, completely arranged. With a rich rose scent, and surrounded by dense greenery, each of the red roses was gorgeous, lush, and fully blooming. It was made more impressive by them! Many thanks to you.

I requested flowers to be delivered for my partners birthday and when he got home from work no flowers had been delivered. I called Janet and quickly she apologized and said she would fix the situation. When we got home from dinner we were met with a thoughtfully designed arrangement. We will definitely be using Janet and her staff for all our future floral needs!

The Flower arrangement I ordered was absolutely gorgeous. They took the direction I gave them with "mountain flowers" and designed and delivered it. The delivery was late but I will wave that since we are in Quarantine and things are not operating as normal. I highly recommend calling as they were very attentive and thoughtful.

I was truly blown away by the flower arrangements by Downtown Flowers! The employee, Janet, was so incredibly kind and even during the virus and all this madness, listened to all of my mom's favorite types of flowers, colors, etc. Depicted in the photo is a custom, European Tied, medium sized, flower arrangement and it was beyond gorgeous. My mom adored her Mother's Day flowers. Definitely recommend buying your flowers from Downtown Flowers :)

Ordered flowers by phone for my mother who is recovering from surgery, and Janet (the owner) took amazing care of me. Not only did she make a gorgeous arrangement, but her company was relentless in getting the flowers to my mom despite her hospital's initial and inexplicable blockading of the attempted delivery.

I called the day before Valentine's Day and Janet was so pleasant and helpful. Despite their busy schedule she and her staff took the time to discuss options and identify a wonderful bouquet for my girlfriend.
The bouquet was delivered around Noon on Valentine's Day and my girlfriend couldn't have been happier. The arrangement was beautiful!!!
I will certainly contact Janet and Downtown Flowers again!

Janet is an amazing florist who really values her customers. She went out of her way to make sure that I was pleased with the Thanksgiving centerpiece order that I placed over the phone.
Our hosts were delighted with the magnificent arrangement they received!
The guest were trying to google the flowers in the arrangement to figure out what they were because some were so unique.

Can't say enough good things about Janet, her team, the creativity of the arrangements and the quality of the flowers. I called from upstate New York to order flowers for a friend's wedding and referenced images I found on their Facebook page and on these Yelp pictures. The arrangement was just stunning and the couple even said they wished they had ordered flowers for their small ceremony from Janet after receiving the arrangement. Janet is fun, upbeat and incredibly helpful and professional. I wish I had more friends in Miami in order to work with Janet again - hopefully a baby shower

Spoke with Janet to order a flower delivery for my sick cousin in Miami. I described what I wanted and she sent over a beautiful arrangement that was far beyond what I was expecting. Amazing value for the price; just looking at the arrangement I would've guessed it to be roughly 30-50% more than what I actually paid for it. Will definitely use this florist again for any floral needs in Miami.

I ordered flowers for my mom's one month service. Both the owner and Karen (the florist) understood exactly what I wanted and delivered promptly after a very short notice. They took control and helped me in every way they could as they understood my head was not all there. The arrangements were exactly what I had pictured for my mom and more. Extremely disappointed with this vendor. Coming from a floral background I called to discuss what I wanted which to keep it short was an arrangement with tropical floral. I appreciated that Louis was able to get the order delivered quite quickly (I ordered in the AM and it was delivered by early afternoon) but the picture of what was received did not correspond with what we discussed nor did it look to value. I reached out to Louis personally to discuss this and was responded to quite aggressively and told it was beyond value and he doesn't "chintz on the flowers", that I received

I went on a limb per Yelp reviews to order my husband a nice birthday bouquet, credit card over the phone. All I can say is AWESOME! It was very short notice, the day before, I told them my budget and the arrangement was beyond what I expected. They even called me the next morning to confirm the address and assure me that he would get the arrangement soon. The people I spoke to were very pleasant and professional. Hubby loved the flowers. Definitely I recommend this florist.
