Good company. They've been preparing my business & personal taxes for several years and I can't complain about the quality of their work or the cost at all. If I ever have questions about anything Dan Nemura is able to answer and help. On two occasions they fixed mistakes made by my prior tax preparer HR Block, which I had been getting tax notices in the mail.

I wasn't very impressed. They tried to talk me into establishing my business' FEIN and state registry through them for 150.00 even though we talked about my previous experience and ability to complete admin tasks. Since I got the icky vibe from him I decided to investigate first and sure enough It's free to do yourself and takes less than ten minutes. Thanks for nothing other than trying to rip me off. Find someone who wont take you for a sucker.

Terrible experience with these people. I contacted them to see about having them complete a return for me and they just went ahead and did it and sent me a bill! Meanwhile, I had already found a competent accountant to do it and they insisted it was my fault their people jumped the gun. Would never recommend. Avoid.
