I moved back to Maryland from PA and had to get my car inspected. I also needed an oil change and my tires rotated. I was very pleased with the service I received. The gentlemen were kind, quick, and very honest. I knew my car was in excellent shape and the only thing I needed was windshield wipers which is exactly what they told me. We came to this shop with being really close to our home and being highly recommended. My wife was having issues with her rear turbocharger we took the car to Perry Hall Auto & tire because we called inquiring if they could fix this issue with the car and they informed us that they could. We dropped the car off and staff seemed pretty cool and willing to help, this is when the issues started. I highly recommend Perry Hall Auto and Tire. Ray and his team go above and beyond without a doubt. I have a 2012 Cruze which was leaking antifreeze. I have had in other shops with no success. Ray found the problem. Unfortunately the part was defective and had to return the car. Ray replaced the part and was diligent in making sure the leaking antifreeze was resolved. His charges for this service were surprisingly low as well as no charge the 2nd day to replace part.

My tire popped when I went to visit my sister, and she recommended going to this place to get it fixed. Although the tire was unable to be patched, they were able to get me a new tire right then and there, install it, replace the donut in its proper place within my vehicle, and even pump all my tires up (they were a little low). And they didn't even charge me more than the price of the tire! Absolute lifesavers. Thank you.

I have been a customer for a few years now . I was happy with this shop until recently. I took my car there about a month and a half ago to put 4 news tires and to have an alignment done. Paid for the service to only have to replace my front 2 tires within 3 k miles after alignment done . Tires wore the exact same way after the alignment was supposedly done .Shop owner told me that there is no way they did anything wrong . He told me that he's not responsible for my tires that I have to purchase cause of an alignment that they either didn't do or did wrong . I will never go to this

I recently received a "Fix Now" list from a dealer in regards to my Kia Soul, that totaled $1,200 for "necessary" repairs. On a hunch for a second opinion, I took the car into Perry Hall Auto. Not only did it NOT need the two costly repairs, but the mechanic also explained why they didn't and did it without talking poorly about the dealer who made the initial recommendation.
Honesty and ethics are hard to come by these days. I appreciate your help.

I've always found this shop to be reasonably priced and honest. You already know why reasonable prices are good, but here's why honesty is a big deal in this industry. If you go down to a chain service shop like Firestone or Pep Boys, their service advisors get paid on commission. The bigger the ticket they can write the more money they make. It doesn't matter if it actually fixes your car or if the work is done right either. They'll pass you on to a 1-800 number and collect their check just the same. A good, locally owned shop like this one can't do that. And this one

Update: Previously, I reported that they sent my wheel off to a third party to have it resurfaced/refinished and two weeks later, the wheel had cracked again. There was no warranty on the wheel, nor was I aware of that. Yesterday, the owner called and offered a refund, apologizing for taking so long to get back to me. They did the right thing.

I have been going to this place for the past two years. I appreciate after my car has been serviced to receive some sort of feedback regarding brakes, filter, wipers, etc. In all of the two years that I had my car serviced they never provided any type of feedback. One of the best around. We have been taking our minivan there for the last year and half. They have been prompt, provided great work, and great prices. They just replaced an ignition coil at a very reasonable price, but we've used them for jobs as large as a transmission replacement - yes, we trust them that much. You won't be sorry if you go here.

We took our car here last week to get a Maryland safety inspection. They gave us a list of the work that needed to be done but could not give us an estimate. We asked that they call us on Monday to provide us with an estimate so we could get the car fixed. They never called so me made arrangements to have the car fixed somewhere else. When we dropped our car off there again this morning to get the repairs inspected one of the lights mysteriously broke on the car that now needs to be fixed. Do not take your car to this place! They are unprofessional and our car was damaged under their care.

I moved out of the area and made the mistake of taking my car to a Firestone where I was quoted an insane price AND sent away with a car that was put back together incorrectly and completely unsafe to drive. I managed to get my car to Perry Hall Auto & Tire for a second opinion because I knew I could trust them... the same fixes were quoted at $300 LESS and they identified the faulty work that was done by the Firestone.
They wee also able to get the car back to me within 24 hours. a friendly, honest, genuine business.
