My brand new car had an air conditioning issue, that the dealer and corporate did not know how to fix. They could not give me a time table as to when there might be a solution. I was told to just put down the windows. So unacceptable. I decided to call the Lemon Law people, and they were wonderful. They said they could help me and they did. The were nice, empathetic, and most importantly they listened. They stayed in contact with me until everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend David Gorberg and associates.

They seem to be right on top of everything and negotiate for you very well. The one thing that people need to understand is when you sue for a lemon you have to negotiate with the dealer after the fact to get rid of your vehicle which I thought that’s what the lemon law was for to get rid of your lemon. Make sure you research the lemon law on your own before you retain an attorney to fight for your rights

I had a recurring issue on my car. When I spoke to manufacturer (after the third time) that ask me what I wanted. I said...compensation! They said oh, you have to get a lawyer for that. So I called Gorberg and associates after googling lemon law and I am so glad I did. I had to forward a few docs, but after that, they did the rest! They got me a HANDSOME settlement that I just signed papers for. And it's only been not even 60 days! 10/10 would 100% recommend
