Marco from Tiger Plumbing is FANTASTIC! We needed a new toilet put in guest bathroom and I sent multiple requests through Yelp for a quote. Out of 6 requests sent, no other company would even give me a ballpark price. I received answers like "I'd have to come out and do a diagnostic test to see what the best plan of action would be". Or "I can't give you a quote because there are way too many different toilet styles, oval, round, etc". Marco responded within minutes to my request and gave me an actual answer with an actual price. Said he would be able to help us that day, then we pushed to the following morning. Then the next day, he said he wanted to have family time and couldn't do the job and would do it the following day. We ended up getting someone right away and not this company. I won't call them again. Not reliable. Sorry

After calling all the big emergency plumbers in my area with no results, Marco answered the phone immediately at 9 pm. My well pipe had burst and was gushing water after the Big Texas Freeze. He came to my house at 10 pm and took measurements and diagnosed the problem. The next day the entire well was repiped and fully insulated. I am SO grateful for his rapid response, attention and professional repair. And the cost for his time and materials was very, very reasonable! I definitely recommend Tiger Plumbing services!
