I emailed this company regarding catering our wedding. The initial responses were quick and courteous and interested in catering for us on the date I mentioned. After we took the time to choose our menu and committed to the pricing, we never heard back despite numerous emails from me.

I attended an event where Fresh & Quick was catering and I must say, I was pretty happy with the service, food, and flavors we received. The catering staff showed up at a timely fashion and set everything up for us just in time for dinner.
It was "buffet" style for the most part, except for the worker who was cutting the meat. We were also using real silverware which enhanced the whole feel of this event.

My group was looking around places for catering and this one popped up on our searches. After seeing the menu options and choices (we have a Gluten intolerant person), we contacted Fresh & Quick and we met up in person to go over the menu options. Bill informed us of which options were Gluten Free and we were able to draft a menu for that. Throughout the entire process, Bill and Frank kept me informed on what was going on and were extremely helpful with our budget and our wants. Fresh & Quick catered our Thanksgiving Day wedding reception in Folsom. They showed up on time, had the food ready to go in the perfect quantity, and were extremely courteous. The planning process was wonderful. There were minor menu variations that we did not expect, but nobody noticed. We devoured the leftovers the next day. We definitely recommend Fresh & Quick!

Marcel catered my wedding on October 14, 2017 at Gold Hill Vineyard in Placerville, CA. The food was delicious and all the guests raved about how good the food was. The coral and navy blue napkins were a perfect touch to the eating tables. Staff kept water full, champagne was poured to guests, and they cleaned up efficiently. Thank you for being so easy and flexible to work with during this planning. I highly recommend the vegetable lasagna!!

This is the second year Fresh and Quick Catering helped us with a backyard party. Marcel was very easy to work with during the planning stages and was even more helpful on site. Both Marcel and her employees are pleasant and very courteous to our guests. Her prices are fair and she will work with you to design a nice menu.

Fresh and Quick did a party of 60 for us. The whole process was super easy. They even had some gluten free bread for our Ciliac people.
All I did was let them in and point to the table. They even set up my themed Food and gluten free labels without my asking.
The food had a nice display and the servers Jessica and Shea walk on their toes serving and clearing. When I told them we had a few folks that were coming late they offered to make to go plates for them.
We chose prime rib, chicken marsala with garlic mashed potatoes , green salad , and fruit salad. There were some yummy pasta and whole

Alina and her staff were amazing from the first contact until the day of our Wedding. The staff that worked on our wedding day were professional and friendly. They made me and my husband feel like a king and queen:) The food was AMAZING!!! We had so many guests compliment us on the food and the catering service staff. One guest said she recently went to a very high end wedding and our food was so much better then theirs! We highly recommend Fresh and Quick catering. The prices were reasonable , the food was amazing, and the service was outstanding!!

Alina and the rest of the staff were more than accommodating. We had a wedding that needed to be planned in the matter of 2 1/2 months because that was when my brother n' law received his "leave" from the military. From start to finish Alina kept the lines of communication open and easy. Just like the name it was Very Fresh and super Quick.
We decided to go with their Backyard Barbeque menu for our 70 person backyard wedding. Everyone said the food was great. Nothing was too rich and the flavors were simply perfect for a hot summer day. The ribs were superb.

Just used them for our recent weddings. They were sort of hard to get in contact with and sometimes took a while to get a response back. I'm it was due to it being the start if wedding season. Other than that they are great. We were very pleased with the tasting as well as the taste of food. We received lots of compliments from our guest about the food and the servers were also in making sure the elderly didn't have to get up to get their food even though it was buffet style

Fresh and Quick - specifically Alina helped us to create the perfect buffet for our wedding on September 28, 2013 within our budget. Fresh and Quick was the only place we found that had a staffed buffet, but whose staff pay was not included in the charge of the catering - they are fabulous! The food was SO good, I know there were a lot of items that were completely GONE at the end of the night.

We recently had Fresh & Quick cater a fundraising event for us at the Old Sugar Mill.
Everything went perfectly and the buffet set up was lovely. Our guests had very nice things to say about the food and it added a lot to the event. Special recognition for Alina who handled all of my special requests and changes and for helping us to make the most of our budget.

You absolutely get what you pay for. I was planning a wedding reception on a very tight budget and Fresh and Quick met my budget. I was not looking for anything way over-the-top or uber upscale; their food fit the bill and I had a buffet with eight items for about $21 per person including the tax and gratuity.

Fresh and Quick is amazing! They recently catered my wedding and the quality of food for the price was exceptional. They showed up early, worked well with my wedding coordinator, and cleaned up when everything when they were done. They even packed up the leftovers and put them in the fridge at the end of the night. From the very beginning, Steve and Alina responded promptly and were incredibly pleasant to work with. We had a blast working with them and will definitely recommend them to our friends in the area!
