I wasn’t aware that they were coming to check the water meter this morning in Winifred, MT. They beat on my door and opened it, yelling very loudly. I had to calm my 8 month old baby down and rush to see who it was. 3 of the Big Sky Plumbing workers were ready to barge into my home and demanded that I tell them where my water meter is. My house is currently under construction, so I redirected them to my husband and construction crew outside. The main guy was incredibly rude. This company has no respect, or any sense of professional service. To beat down a door and open it yelling without permission

Really disappointed. I told them specifically what I needed and that it was just a slow leak related to my cold water faucet and not a hurry. The repair man showed and didn't have parts with him. He decided to install the wrong part to "fix" a slow leak for half a day (that leak would have cost me about $0.02 for that half a day), and return the… next day with the correct part and fix it once and for all. Not only did they charge me for the first visit to not fix the problem, they charge me for the part I didn't need and the return visit. I asked them to understand my position - they wouldn

Great work by Casey. He was punctual and I couldn’t even tell he had been there other than the new boiler, did a very clean job. He cane back the next day to make sure everything was still working fine and asked if I had any questions. The bid was a great price compared to other bids I had received. The boiler took quite a while to arrive at their shop as it was a special order due to the size needed. I was told that upfront and I didn’t need to be a rush job anyway. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
