Since opening the doors of the Law Offices of Steven H. Rubin in 1991, I have committed my practice to helping families in Montgomery and Chester counties navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives. I represent clients in a wide range of family law issues, as well as in estate planning and bankruptcy matters.
In each of these areas of law, I provide conscientious counsel and supportive legal services, always with an eye to achieving the client's objectives efficiently. Compassionate counseling - After discussing my clients' unique situations, I help them to understand their options for alimony, child support and custody arrangements and create a thorough strategy for achieving their objectives.

Services
I have been in practice since 1991 and have spent most of my time representing clients in family law cases (divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse) and preparing estate planning documents (wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney). I work closely with all of my clients and always keep my clients informed about all aspects of their cases.
When family issues become legal ones, they can also be insolvable without the aid of an experienced family lawyer who listens to your needs, understands your concerns and helps you reach well-crafted solutions. I am Steven H. Rubin and for more than 25 years, I have been helping families in the greater Philadelphia area with divorce, support custody and other family law issues.
Though the end of any marriage is painful, the divorce process does not have to be unduly stressful. At the Law Offices of Steven H. Rubin, I help people in Pennsylvania dissolve their marriages in the most efficient and anxiety-free way possible. Since 1991, I've compassionately guided residents of Chester and Montgomery counties through divorces and related family law matters.

Mr. Rubin prepared my estate planning documents and explained the process in an easy to understand manner. He helped me figure out the best path forward in regards to some very difficult choices that I needed to make. He gave me more time than I deserved and was very compassionate. I would recommend Mr. Rubin for anyone seeking an attorney. He is knowledgeable and very timely. I am grateful for his service.

When I first contacted Steven Rubin I was newly separated from my husband and I was terrified. Attorney Rubin returned my phone calls and e-mails promptly (within a few hours, EVERY time) and talked me through the entire process of divorce, child custody, support and division of assets. Whenever I had a question, he was there for me. He clearly explained what I deserved in my divorce and what we needed to do to get it. He will get you what you deserve while always recognizing that you are a human being, going through a difficult time. I recommend him without reservation.

Last year, I received a consultation when I separated from my ex-husband. Mr. Rubin smelled of alcohol and seemed disinterested. The other review is correct, he is a one man operation. The worst part was when he discussed his pricing and how it was 'negotiable' depending on how I 'worked with him.' I immediately left, it was truly disgusting.

Mr. Rubin is an unethical lawyer and a sloth attorney. He did not properly present my case and his misrepresentation of my case and making the wrong final decisions regarding how he handled my case. I expected Mr. Rubin, as my attorney, to be both professional and ethical when handling my legal request. He did not honor my wishes and caused me to lose my family over his wrongful ethical means to present or defend my case. He wasted not just my time, but another attorney and Judge’s for not properly presenting what he was hired to help me during a tragic time over losing my mother. He took full
