1 Day Signs was originally opened in 1990. It was purchased by Bill and Terry Klar in 1999. Their son, Mark Klar, worked for them for many years and finally purchased the business with his wife, Kristine, in May of 2016. Customer happiness is top priority for us, which is why so many of our customers continue to come back year after year.
For your convenience we are now offering online ordering for limited items, however, if you need your items urgently, we recommend that you call or come into the store to order. If you don't see your logo, please call or come in to place your order. Whatever your sticker needs may be, we can help. We offer two general styles; decals or ready to apply vinyl. Decals are an adhesive backed vinyl with a design printed on them, such as a bumper sticker. Ready to Apply Vinyl is an adhesive backed vinyl that is cut to shape, such as the stick figure families that you often see on the backs of cars, or boat identification numbers, and is applied using application tape.

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars because the staff is really nice, friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you. However, "1-Day" should mean one day and I interpret that to mean one "business" day. A few of my colleagues experienced the same issue I did (printing difficulties) and it took longer to get our signs.
I will still use them in the future but not for a rush job.

Not impressed. I own a small business and was looking to get a simple sandwich board created using my Logo and other information. Kim sent an email requesting my logo. I sent her a couple versions they could work with. She sent another email requesting a specific format, which I was able to find and send to her. I never heard from her again. I understand this may not be considered a big job for them, but this reflects poorly and tells me a lot about this business. Just because this job was small does not meet I would not contact them in the future with a larger project. I would not recommend them

This place is terrible my boss has been trying to get a sign from them for well over a month and have been going there every other day this week just to be gaven a new excuse the next time still not done pathetic customer service. Honestly i will never do business here again. Lady who was " working" on it is kim vestal. 1 day signs what a joke

I was hoping this could be a great experience, as I own a small business in Salem, and wanted to support another small business. However, I was pretty disappointed. The process took 14 days to complete, which was frustrating since I assumed a business named "1 Day Signs" would get it done in at least 3 days. It took several days just to get email responses, not counting all the time they spent actually making the product, and that's not all! :)

Have been using 1-Day for a couple years for various needs (be it a backdrop for an event or stickers for my business) and I've always been deeply satisfied with how helpful they are, how wonderful my end products are and just the high level of customer service...I know I can be a big pain and need extra hand-holding now and again and I'm always met with a smile :)

I recently needed a window sign for my new business. Had a general idea of what I wanted but no logo yet. Sal did an AMAZING job. Was patient with my request for revisions and ultimately came up with a great design. Not a 'one day' job in my case (because I am OCD and a perfectionist) but end result was GREAT! They were also kind enough to supply me with the JPEG so I could transfer the design to my scrubs. I highly recommend them!

Horrible service owner is rude bought 2 signs from him both of them we're wrong so I called and told them, owner said I had a perfect sign and nothing to complain about! took him 6 days to fix it yep never again! Oh and one day not ture it took them 2 1/2 to do it wrong in the first place! Pure service.
