These people did an amazing job! I had always wanted a metal roof, but was concerned that the price would be prohibitive. When it came to the point that we had to replace the roof I called for an estimate. I was surprised at the price, but nevertheless I checked out a regular shingles roof. Turned out that I could get the metal one for about 15%… over the cost of a regular one. What they installed is a category 4 impact resistant roof, so we will also get a home insurance discount. After spending over 40k with Hilco to install a metal roof on our new home, we called back year and half later to have someone come out to replace a few slats (not anything to do with Hilco) was damaged from something else - No one will return our calls or texts. We text our same rep that we dealt with when we had new roof installed and he will… not even acknowledge our calls or texts. Very disappointed in there service after the install. I understand if you do not have time to come out and do a little replacement, but at the very least we could get a response that they do not have time
