A person came to repair the gate opener. Charged me 1000. to replace the battery and gave me 2 new openers. Didn’t last long. I called to report this. Man came out and said there was some interference like a big truck that prevented it from working. It didn’t last. I called Precision again for help. The guy said he wouldn’t be able to come look at it for a few days. I had to call a different company. They said the battery wasn’t connected correctly. They charged me one hundred dollars. I will not use this company for any of their services again.

Set appointment for between 8am-10 today
At 10 had not arrived and no call to let me know they were running late
Called and assured technician would be here in 15 minutes
It is 11 now still no one and no call
Been on hold for 15 minutes trying to get an answer….
Just informed it will be noon?
We will see
If this wasn’t an emergency I would have cancelled … Terrible communication!!

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday. I called them at 9:30PM that same day. The caller was very helpful and got us on the schedule for the next morning. We received great service from Chris. He called first, then showed up when he said he would. He was informative and described my options for repair. He was friendly and worked quickly. He was in and out in under an hour.
