Services
COUNTY FILING FEE - Begins at $195.00, with additions based upon number of tenant, whether or not you want to pursue past due rent, aka money damages. WRIT OF POSSESSION - $90.00 to enforce tenant removal, flat fee per property. The average cost to evict and regain possession is $740.00 for one defendant and $795.00 for two defendants.
A Typical eviction requires a 3 or 7 day notice, (depending upon the reason for eviction), filing of paperwork with the Clerk of Courts, and Attendance to the hearing. Sometimes, a Writ of Possession must be enforced by the County Sheriff for removal of tenants. Please see the Fees tab for a breakdown of fees.

Zimmerly is the true definition of as shyster. She was ready to return calls to take our money but for anything else completely absent within my case. Having to go through another lawyer to handle the rest of my case.
This lady is a con. She does nothing for the case at all and then responds on here acting as if it’s a disgruntled defendant, originally when I saw this is why I thought she was good. Obviously this is the game she plays.

BEWARE!! We won the case but I would never use ms. Carol again. Extremely unprofessional and rude to work with. Always late. Barely returned any of my phone calls. Only when it was time to pay her was she quick to answer and return phone calls. Other than that it was a literal nightmare to work with her. Pretty sure the good reviews on here are fake.
