Came for emergency leak in upstairs bathroom on weekend. Tech explained work that needed to be and to call to schedule next week. Called to schedule. Got the run around. They said a supervisor would call. The service supervisor never called so I called 3 days later with still no appointment. They evidently do not want to do work.
Stay clear of this business. They are dispatched from out of town and are not responsive. Very very poor customer service.

The service person you sent us was great! We have had the same question about the stain on our kitchen ceiling and other companies (at least 2 or 3) never seemed to be able to solve the problem. Mr. William Taylor looked at everything and managed to narrow it down to dry rotted putty under the bathtub drain. As this is an old house with a totally… remodeled bathroom, that was a new one on me! But totally happy it wasn’t anything major! We were 3 adults who totally bombarded him with questions, but he was very good about answering them all! Per our request, he looked at our faucet in

I had a leak in the cold water shut off valve for my shower. I found it on a Friday night. It was spraying water inside my wall. My regular plumber was closed for the weekend. I found Hancock and Son through a Google search. They returned my call Friday night, assessed the problem over the phone, and showed up promptly at 7:00 Saturday morning. By 7:30 I had a new valve and my shower was back in business. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dwayne and Tommy were so very courteous both times that they came. They explained exactly what they did or were going to do In terms that an "old lady" can understand. After they installed the new toilet with a soft close lid, they asked me to come into the bathroom to make sure I understood how to close the lid so as not to break it. I was so impressed with both of them. And as a result of their superb work and exemplary customer treatment, I will definitely be using Hancock and Son for all my plumbing needs in the future.
