Called about a rapid test. They do drive through testing, the cheapest being $50 and the other $125. You're advised by recording that this in non reimbursable by insurance and the 50 bucks is actually a good deal... less than your average cost of a doctor visit. I think this is called price gouging during a time of need.

Set a covid test appointment. Got in line around the building. Called in when I arrived ten min early. I left a gap in the line for traffic. A lady was let in front of me. Then I was approached and asked if I had an appointment.. one minute after my appointment time and after they let the lady break line. I said yes and was told I could circle back around and get back in line. That I read the sign wrong. 😆 unprofessional, waste of my valuable time. Don't accept blue cross up front etc.etc. I'd take it down the street.

I was extremely disappointed to arrive for my daughter's scheduled testing appointment only to be told they had run out of tests. It should be a very simple thing to make sure there are atleast enough tests for all the scheduled appointments. It's a simple matter of counting. Why bother with making appointments if River City Pharmacy won't hold up their part of the agreement. I agreed to arrive with my daughter at the appointed time and they agreed to have a test ready. I kept up my end, they did not.
