Called in politely stated my name told the guy that answered the phone i was calling to see if there firm would meet my needs for legal assistance, the guy was very unprofessional couldn't hear him talking over the noise's in the background.. he didn't state his name.. didn't say good afternoon just wanted me to tell him my situation( without thinking about other factors like conflict of interest which my case might have if applicable) ... without explaining his expertise and what cases he handles or how long has done this ... as if this kinda stuff wouldn't be a concern for people looking for

Mr. Titus was very helpful while going through my divorce. He explained the process, what to expect, and how long the process would likely take.

Awful! Andrew Titus was very rude. He wouldn't even let me finish my sentences. Left a message on the machine early in the morning and never got a response so I had to call. He clearly never checked his messages.
It's not even the fact that he couldn't represent me, it's the fact that I couldn't even get a word in. His response below clearly denotes that considering he didn't even know why I was upset. Unprofessional! Take your business elsewhere.

Andrew Titus has represented me in both criminal and family matters. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and a great communicator.
