I recently worked with Gordon of Absolute Towing to move our company's project trailer from a storage site in Jacksonville to a project site in St. Augustine. I had a couple of hiccups / challenges on my end that delayed the transport. One of the issues was that we still had items underneath the trailer at our storage site that impeded moving the trailer. Gordon was patient and accommodating. Not only did he come back the next day, but he didn't charge us extra for doing so. We called multiple towing companies to try and schedule a tow from our house to the auto shop. One company said they would not do it until after hours because they wanted to “stay available for rush hours”. A couple other companies were being to much of a hassle so we ended up with Absolute Towing. Gordon came by and was on time (actually showed up early), professional and all around awesome to work with. Will 100% be using them in the future if i need anymore towing or 4x4 help

If I could give them negative stars I would. My boyfriend called them for a tow. They stated that they would not come unless he paid for it over the phone first which was 250.00. We paid for it (which we have a… bank statement for). We received no paperwork or receipt. The guy came out and hooked the truck up wrong. Got the truck out and dropped it. He could not tow the truck home so we had to leave it there overnight. We called our dealership about this and they got it towed to them.
