We first met with Daniel at Preferred. He was so helpful in helping us design and choose flooring and tile for our new home. He designed the shower bench and shower door exactly how we pictured it.
Then I met with Kevin on site to discuss how we wanted the tile and he has been the most detailed and easiest person to work with that I have met onsite for our entire project. I really appreciate how detail oriented he is about even the smallest details and he truly cares that the finished product is how I want it to be.
The LVP looks amazing! Those guys (the two brothers) did a GREAT job installing

"We were referred by Chris Rogers (1-800-Packouts) to Daniel Ray, Director of Business Development of Preferred Floor and Tile. They just completed several months of major repair and restoration of our entire downstairs wood floor, as well as upstairs flooring and bathroom tile floor after damage from a water leak.
