Prior to finding Fords Innovative Services, Mr. Talford spent 22 years with Wolfe Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc., a large regional roofing contractor based in Reading, Pa. He began his career as a draftsperson and quickly progressed to estimator then to project manager.
