A service technician charged me $80 to look at a needed repair for my opener. I was told I would receive a call back with an estimate for repairs. A week later I still had not heard from technician. So for three consecutive days I called the main number and was told I would receive a call back later that day with an update on estimate, parts and repair date. I never heard back, so I had to call another service repair company and start the whole process over and pay for the initial assessment. A1 Garage does not want your business.

I got a mailer sent to my house. Specifically dropped off in my mail box. Which is inside of my zip code (obviously).

There were 3 garage door mailers in there.

I wanted servicing on my garage door.

I carefully scrutinized the deals. Read up on my reviews. And finally made my selection.

A1 Garage Door Service it is...

I call them to schedule an appointment and they don't service my Zip Code.

OK...

I give 1 star for trash service, so you don't deserve that, because I never got the opportunity to receive service from you. However, you get 2 stars for incompetence and time wasting

The first time I used this company it was great. Price isn't a problem as long as the work is great. I am having problems again with garage so I decided to rehire them again. This second time was the worst ever. I made the appointment form 9-12 and they never showed up or called. I called @ 11:57 and asked what was going on. The tech is like " Oh we had you down from 11-2" Wrong that's not what was said when I made the appointment. He was pretty cavalier he said " We'll be there at 2 closer to that time" It is unprofessional not to call and change the time without
